Sameday easyway

SAMEDAY easyway  is the service through which you can send a parcel to anyone, anywhere, without a contract, based on your preferences:

  • from one easybox to another (with over 4200 easyboxes available in Romania)
  • from one address to another
  • from an address directly to an easybox (only through SAMEDAY App)

Creating a sender account brings you many benefits, such as parcel history, notifications about the status of your deliveries, the ability to cancel a delivery and more. However, you can submit a delivery request as a visitor without creating an account, but this option is available only on sameday.ro.

Install SAMEDAY App or visit this page and create a delivery request in just a few moments. Here’s how:

  • Fill out the form in just a few simple steps.
  • Depending on your chosen option, you can hand over the parcel to the courier or to any easybox in the SAMEDAY network.
  • If you choose to drop-off your parcel to an easybox, the necessary PIN and QR code for loading the parcel into the easybox can be found in SAMEDAY App or email.
  • If you opt to handover the parcel to a courier, make sure you are available at the address on the pick-up day. Don’t worry, we’ll notify you in SAMEDAY App or via email on that day.
  • The recipient receives the parcel at the chosen easybox or address, makes the payment (if you opted for cash on delivery), and we’ll transfer the money to you within 3-5 calendar days after the parcel is delivered.

The available delivery options are:

  • Handover to easybox -> Delivery to easybox
  • Handover to courier -> Home delivery
  • Handover to courier -> Delivery to easybox (currently only available through SAMEDAY App)

For options of parcel pick-up from an address and delivery to another address or easybox, you can select the service type and then choose one of the following options:

  • S – 46x44x9 cm, maximum 4 kg
  • M – 46x44x18 cm, maximum 9 kg
  • L – 46x44x38 cm, maximum 19 kg

For the option to send parcels from one easybox to another, the maximum dimensions are 47×44.5×39 cm, and the maximum weight is 19 kg.

At the time of parcel loading, an S size drawer will automatically open, but you can select “Parcel does not fit” for free. The easybox will then look for a larger box to fit the parcel.

Please note that we cannot transport prohibited goods and/or substances (perishable goods, toxic substances, etc.). Check the transport policy and make sure you comply with the packing guidelines. Details here.

The rate starts from 14.99 RON per delivery. You can find more details about rates and additional options here. All delivery costs will be displayed on the delivery request form and summarized upon completion.

If you choose to load the parcel into an easybox, you can pay online with a card or directly at the easybox. If you opt to handover the parcel to a courier, you will need to pay online with a card, in SAMEDAY App, or in your account at https://sameday.ro/trimite-colete/.

Cash on delivery is the amount paid by the recipient for the parcel, depending on the delivery method:

  • Directly from SAMEDAY App.
  • When picking up the parcel from an easybox.
  • To the courier upon delivery.

The amount will be transferred to your bank account within a maximum of 3-5 working days after we collect it from the recipient.

Deliveries with a cash-on-delivery amount are reported to the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF), according to ANAF Order 1644/2022, so the CNP is sent to this institution. The invoice will be sent to you via e-mail or can be downloaded from the “Delivery Details” menu of the parcel.

Since the parcel can be dropped off into any easybox, there is no need to select a specific one when creating the delivery request. Choose the easybox closest to you and make sure to drop off the parcel into an easybox within a maximum of 5 days after completing the request (issuing the AWB).

The parcel can be loaded into easybox within a maximum of 5 (five) calendar days from the AWB issuance date, and once you scan the QR code at your preferred easybox, you have a maximum of 2 (two) minutes to load the parcel.

If you opted for parcel pick-up from an address, in approximately 24 working hours, a courier would contact you to collect the parcel. In the meantime, prepare the items for collection, pack them properly, following the instructions here. The parcel should not be labeled.

If the recipient fails to pick-up the parcel from the easybox within the allocated time, or refuses to accept it, the parcel will be returned to you at the initial easybox where you handed it over or to the address from where the courier picked it up.

 

The Sameday easyway service is not available for sellers who already have a contract with us. Therefore, if you are already a Sameday client, we recommend using your dedicated platform here.

It’s enough to create the delivery request and load the parcel into easybox. We’ll take care of the rest. When picking up the parcel from the easybox, a courier will label it with the AWB (Air Waybill) created by you, containing all the necessary delivery information.

To avoid any risk of fraud, we recommend that the delivery request is generated only by the sender. This way, you will know all the details of the delivery, including the cash on delivery amount and contact details, before sending the parcel.

If you opted for parcel pick-up from an address, in approximately 24 working hours, a courier would contact you to collect the parcel. In the meantime, prepare the items for collection, pack them properly, following the instructions here. The parcel should not be labeled.

Each parcel is considered an individual delivery, so you’ll need to generate a separate AWB for each parcel you need to send.

  • Recipient/sender email address

Yes, just select “Parcel Insurance” option in the first step of the delivery request form.

Yes, you can offer the recipient the option to open and visually inspect the contents by checking the “Parcel Inspection at Delivery” option in the first step of the delivery request form. There is an additional cost for this service.

This option is available only in SAMEDAY App.

Unfortunately, no. Modifying the cash on delivery amount is not possible after the parcel has been sent. You can cancel the delivery and place a new order with the new cash on delivery amount.

For home deliveries, the recipient can redirect the parcel, using SAMEDAY App, to another address or to an easybox (if it meets the eligibility conditions regarding dimensions and weight). Redirection options are active only when the parcel is out for delivery with the courier.

The money will be refunded within a maximum of 3-5 working days, to the account from which you made the payment.
