Delivery to Address

You can get information about your parcel directly from our website, https://sameday.ro, by accessing the ‘Check AWB’ section. Enter your AWB number in the search field to find out your parcel’s status. Through the SAMEDAY App, you can track your parcel’s route in real-time. Create an account, log in, and on the main screen, you’ll see your parcels and their current status. Additionally, with the SAMEDAY App, you can access the history of parcels delivered by Sameday in the last 90 days.

You can find the courier’s phone number in the SMS we send you on the day of delivery. If you’ve installed the SAMEDAY App, you can contact the delivering agent through the app by pressing the green call button in the delivery details. If you’re not home or don’t have cash for COD, you can use the SAMEDAY App to pay for your parcels, delay the delivery, or redirect the parcel to an easybox.

On the day of delivery, we send an SMS containing the approximate delivery window. This will show you when your parcel will be delivered. Please note that situations affecting this window might arise during the courier’s route. Also, by accessing the ‘Delivery Details’ section in the SAMEDAY App, you can track the courier’s route in real-time, especially when the courier is within 5 stops from you.

You can only pay for parcels for which you’ve chosen Cash on Delivery when placing the online order. You can pay cash directly to the courier. For electronic payments, install the Sameday App.

It’s possible that the sender hasn’t recorded the payment. Please contact the sender to adjust the payment amount. Until the payment is updated, unfortunately, we won’t be able to deliver your order.

You can reschedule the delivery in four ways:

  • Directly with the courier over the phone if you want to reschedule on the same day.
  • Accessing the link received in the email if you want the delivery to be rescheduled for the next business day.
  • Through the SAMEDAY App, by accessing the ‘Delivery Options’ section.
  • Contacting us through the available channels in the ‘Contact’ section of our website or by using the link received via email or SMS.
