If you live in an apartment building, delivery is made to your door, and if you live in a house, delivery is made to your gate.

If the sender has selected this option when issuing the AWB, you can benefit from this service. You can only check the content in the presence of the courier.

If you’ve received an incomplete order, non-functional products, or products with signs of damage, you’ll need to contact the seller.

We recommend contacting the sender, or you can cancel it from the SAMEDAY App, in the ‘Delivery Options‘ section.

We understand it can be surprising when your order isn’t delivered exactly to the address you originally chose.

Delivery is made according to the instructions provided by the sender and cannot be changed afterwards. In the case of TEMU orders, the sender may reroute your parcel to a nearby pickup point instead of delivering it directly to your address.

Information about this option was displayed in the TEMU app at the time you placed your order.

If you’d prefer to select your own delivery point in the future, you can do so directly in the TEMU app before completing your order.

Sameday can deliver the parcel only after it has been handed over by the sender.

For orders from Shein or TEMU, it is normal for the handover of the parcel to take a bit longer. The sender may transfer the parcel to the Sameday network in approximately 10–15 days. As soon as the parcel reaches us, you will receive notifications and will be able to track the delivery.
