easybox Delivery

Depending on when your parcel was loaded into easybox, the storage periods are as follows:

  • Sunday – Thursday: 36 hours
  • Friday: 72 hours
  • Saturday: 48 hours.

Between November 8th and 17th, the storage period will be limited to 36 hours, regardless of the day they are loaded.

You can check the storage time of your parcel by accessing the link included in the delivery confirmation email. In the SAMEDAY App, you can always see the storage time under ‘PIN Expires:’ You need more time? In the SAMEDAY App, you can extend the hosting period by 24 hours when you have less than 12 hours left until the initial term expires

Check the email received on the day your parcel was loaded into the easybox. Here, you’ll find the ‘View in Maps’ link that you can access for orientation. In the SAMEDAY App, you can automatically navigate to the selected easybox by directly accessing the delivery details section related to your parcel.

Reasons why the entered PIN is not accepted by the easybox may include:

    • You are at a different easybox than the one you selected. You can check if the easybox name in the email matches the one displayed on the left side of the screen.
    • If your PIN contains 0 and 1 or the letters O and I, make sure they are entered correctly.
    • Your parcel is no longer in the easybox.
    • Make sure you try to pick up the parcel before the storage period expires. You can check the storage time by accessing the link received via email from us. You can also check the storage time by accessing the link received via SMS/email from us or in the SAMEDAY App.

If you’re not in the situations mentioned above but still receive the same message, we encourage you to contact us via SAMY, our virtual assistant, which you can find on sameday.ro.

To successfully process payments at the easybox, ensure that:

  • Your card balance covers the amount you need to pay.
  • If you want to pay with a different card than the one you tried initially, we recommend that you restart the process of collecting the parcel.
  • You have activated the contactless payment option.
  • You keep the card close to the payment device (POS) for more than 5 seconds. You could also try using the card insertion option if you can’t make a contactless payment.

If you’ve tried the above options but payment is still not accepted, we suggest downloading the SAMEDAY App to pay for the parcel online or contacting us via SAMY, our virtual assistant, which you can find on sameday.ro.

If the storage period has been exceeded, your parcel will be returned to the sender, and you’ll need to reorder the products if you still want them. To avoid this situation, we recommend checking the storage time by accessing the link included in the delivery confirmation email or in the SAMEDAY App. Additionally, in the SAMEDAY App, you can extend the hosting period by 24 hours in case you have less than 12 hours left until the initial term expires.
