1. How to pack the parcel depending on its nature?
- Windshields/Windows, Glassware, Bottled Liquids, Beverages
These should be packed in wooden or compressed cardboard packaging, filled with protective material (polystyrene and bubble wrap) distributed across the entire surface of the package and individually for each glass product or component. The package should also be labeled with a tag stating “Fragile.”
- Paintings/Engravings (which are not classified as “Objects excluded from shipment”)

- Home Appliances
These should be packed in the original manufacturer’s packaging (which should include at least a cardboard box, PVC wrapping, and cushioning). The package should also be labeled with a tag stating “Fragile.”
- Tires
A strip of cardboard should be applied on top and underneath each tire. These are secured with at least two plastic bands, perpendicular to each other, so that they intersect at the center of the top and bottom surfaces of each part of the tire.
- Rims, Furniture Items (e.g., lounge chairs, chairs), Mattresses, Ironing Boards, Pet Food
These should be packed in compressed cardboard packaging, filled with protective material (polystyrene and bubble wrap) distributed across the entire surface of the package.

If the product you are about to hand over is not listed in the categories mentioned above, please send it in the manufacturer’s original packaging or repackage it appropriately, based on the nature of its contents.
Additionally, please note that the chosen packaging method must ensure the parcel’s integrity in the event of a fall from 80 cm diagonally and must be able to withstand both manual and mechanical handling.
2. Atypical Products
An “atypical product” is a parcel that meets one of the following conditions: requires manual handling or has a circumference (Girth) between 270 and 300 cm, where the circumference is defined by the following formula: height + 2 x length + 2 x width.
Here are some examples of atypical products: Cement mixer, pipe, greenhouse frames, bean bag chairs, paint bucket, liquids, manual trolley, welded fence mesh, trees, shrubs, wheelbarrow, ladder, lounge chair, chip display rack, exhaust pipe, slide, garbage bins, toilet bowl.
