We, at Sameday want to prevent situations where shipments may be damaged when they transit our network. Thus, you, our partner, must ensure that the sent shipments are packaged according to the following specifications:

If the product you are going to transport by means of Sameday Courier does not fall within the above categories, please send it in the original packaging of the manufacturer or repackage it according to its nature.
Last but not least, the packaging method used must ensure the integrity of the package, in case of a fall from 80 cm on the diagonal and be able to be subjected to both manual and mechanical handling.

In order to ensure the safe transport of all shipments you, our partner, must keep in mind that we cannot transport goods and substances that fall within the categories described below:

ATYPICAL PRODUCTS
If the above recommendations are not followed, the product transported within our network can be included in the category “Atypical products”.
The atypical product is the package that meets one of the conditions: it is subject to manual consolidation, Girth – Height + 2xLength + 2xWidth = 300 and 340 cm, the package does not have a regular shape (parallelepiped) and is not packed properly.
