The detailed planning, both in the operational and commercial area, allowed us to offer a delivery time according to the promise. The opening of the new logistics center with an area of ​​more than 2.5 times the logistic center in which we carried out our activity during the campaign last year, made the volume to be double compared to the period 15-22, last year.

Black Friday 2019, in figures:

• Over 1 million parcels have transitated the hub since the campaign began;
• 700,000 parcels passed through the hub on November 15-22;
• 150 trucks loaded in one day;
• Over 130000 parcels delivered to the customer’s door and in lockers;
• Over 320000 km / day, all parcels were sent to the destination; 2300 people involved in the process -> 650 own employees;
• The fleet was supplemented by 40%, over 400 cars;

Over 99.5% of orders were delivered until Thursday, November 28;

Top localities by number of parcels delivered: Bucharest, Cluj, Timisoara, Iasi, Constanța, accounted for 35% of total deliveries.

260 lockers were used in: Bucharest, Ilfov, Cluj, Iași, Timișoara, Ploiești, Târgoviște, Arad, Brasov, Constanța, Oradea, Bacău, Craiova and Pitești. The average parcel pick-up time was 5 hours, and the shortest time a parcel spent in the locker was only 1 minute.
