easy packages are designed for small and medium-sized businesses and are available exclusively to registered businesses and legal entities with a valid Romanian tax identification number (CUI/CIF), such as limited liability companies (SRLs), authorized individuals (PFAs), and individual enterprises (IIs).

The invoice is automatically issued to the company associated with the account you are logged into at the time of purchase. Packages are not currently available to individuals.

Enable notifications in the app, and we’ll let you know as soon as they become available to individuals.
No. You can have only one active package at a time. Once all deliveries included in a package have been used or the 30-day validity period expires, you can purchase a new package at any time.
Any unused deliveries expire after the 30-day validity period and can no longer be used. Once you have used the first delivery, the package price is non-refundable.
Packages can be purchased exclusively through the SAMEDAY App, available on the App Store and Google Play. Purchases are not available on the web.

You can pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a bank card. Cash payments and bank transfers are not accepted.
Yes. All displayed prices include VAT.
There are three package tiers, each offering different delivery options:
• easy start – covers deliveries from easybox to easybox.
• easy plus – includes deliveries between easybox and a recipient’s address, in addition to easybox-to-easybox • deliveries.
• easy max – includes deliveries between addresses, as well as parcel insurance (coming soon).
You can choose a package with 5, 20, 50, or 100 deliveries, depending on your shipping volume.
• easy start is available in all four sizes: 5, 20, 50, and 100 deliveries.
• easy plus is available in three sizes: 20, 50, and 100 deliveries.
No. The package requires a one-time payment, is valid for 30 days from activation, and does not renew automatically.
The package price includes:
• Cash-on-delivery (COD) fee • Additional kilometre fee (outside the standard delivery network) • Parcel opening upon delivery

Insurance is optional and costs 2% of the insured value. Parcel insurance will be included in the easy max package (coming soon).
In the SAMEDAY App, go to Account → My Subscription, select your preferred package and the number of deliveries, enter your company details, and confirm the payment.
The package becomes active immediately. You can check your remaining deliveries at any time in the same menu.
A delivery is deducted as soon as you generate it in the app, even if the parcel has not yet been handed over to the courier.
If you cancel the delivery, it will be credited back to your package.
Yes. When paying for a parcel, simply switch off the package option using the toggle. The parcel will then be charged at the standard rate.
This choice applies only to that specific parcel.
Yes. You can cancel your package free of charge, provided you have not sent any parcels using it.
If you have generated a delivery but have not yet handed over the parcel, you can cancel the delivery first and then cancel the package.
The refund will be processed using your original payment method within 3–5 business days, and a credit note will be issued for the original invoice.
No. Please carefully check your company details before completing the payment.
You can download the invoice from the package details section in the app.
You can purchase a new package as soon as you have used all the deliveries in your current package.
If you choose not to purchase another package, any subsequent deliveries will be charged at the standard rates displayed in the app.
Packages cover standard-sized parcels with a maximum weight of 20 kg and maximum dimensions of 47 × 44.5 × 39 cm.
