What should you have?

• Previous experience in coordinating a team of at least 50–100 employees;
• Experience in the Courier/Logistics field (considered an advantage);
• Excel/Management/Leadership certifications (considered an advantage);
• Results-oriented mindset and adaptability within a work environment where changes and new projects occur frequently;
• Good communication skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude;
• Good coordination and teamwork skills;
• English language skills – intermediate level;
• PC and MS Office skills – intermediate level;
• Completed higher education studies or currently in the process of completion;
• Category B driving license.

Descrierea postului

What should you do?

• Supervise the entire warehouse, organize activities specific to parcel processing, and ensure compliance with work procedures;
• Coordinate and manage all pre- and post-processing operations: unloading, volume allocation, consolidation, loading, and storage;
• Prepare activity reports and develop periodic and annual budgets/analyses;
• Monitor and recommend actions related to the improvement of operational processes;
• Monitor HUB activities and ensure compliance with operational workflows;
• Be responsible for serving internal and external customers, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude;
• Monitor work efficiency and verify the accuracy of timesheets for the team under your supervision;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager, whether written or verbal, depending on the situations encountered.

Shift work schedule:

• 8 hours/day + 1 hour break – 5 days/week.
