What You’ll Do:

• Assist users in effectively utilizing systems, products, and services related to PDA devices. Provide initial troubleshooting for any issues and known solutions where applicable;
• Demonstrate, install, and set up office systems and routine updates for all products, services, and systems under your responsibility;
• Keep users informed of updates, known errors, changes in availability, and new features;
• Ensure requests are handled in line with agreed procedures. For issues that cannot be resolved directly, you will act as a liaison between users and service providers, delivering necessary diagnostic information;
• Manage authorized issuance, auditing, and return of assets, including hardware loan requests. Ensure that loaned items are tracked and managed efficiently;
• Oversee the device lifecycle, including provisioning, repairs, and decommissioning, to ensure assets are used efficiently and effectively;
• Create knowledge base articles to facilitate the efficient exchange of information within the team.
