You need to successfully:

• Perform ad-hoc business analysis to understand consumer KPIs deviation and to support decisions;
• Investigate the reasons for differences between the planned and actual results, highlighting impact on business;
• Develop custom Qliksense objects to uncover insights and views not easily accesible with standard reports;
• Develop Google Analytics reports and explorations to generate consumer insights based on how they use Sameday web services or the mobile app;
• Help with managing the necessary technical developments for tracking consumer behaviour such as UTMs, cookies consent, advertising pixels, or other events required to signal various customer actions;
• Assist in defining BI specifications for potential new Qliksense reports or changes to existing ones, as well as help describing issues when BI troubleshooting is required;
• Participate in the yearly business planning and budgeting process by preparing relevant analyses to base key consumer assumptions and decisions;
• Prepare data to base various quantitative consumer statements in press releases, when required;
• Get involved in defining market research requirements, questionnaire programming for internally managed projects, extracting samples as well as processing the results;
• Help with the administration of external market research projects, where a research agency is involved;
• Assist in preparing presentations, such as management meetings, using existing or newly processed data by designing engaging visualisations;
• Participate in data gathering for ocasional competitive analyses on consumer related services;

Descrierea postului

For that, we’d love it if you had:

• University Degree in Economy or other relevant subjects;
• Experience of minimum 2 years in a similar role (data analysis, management consulting, business planning, commercial controlling, statistical analysis and/or modeling) or as a Business Analyst exposed to both BI and the business side of the organization;
• Strong capability in quantitative analysis and working with high volumes of data;
• Working knowledge of Qliksense, Qlikview or other self-service Business Intelligence platforms;
• Experience working with and developing advanced reports in Google Analytics and perhaps Looker Studio;
• Detail orientation, the ability of spotting flaws in processes and data inconsistencies, problem solving;
• The ability to adapt productively to a new environment and understand the business processes;
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
