Candidatul ideal

You need to successfully:

• Provide expert counsel on matters in a commercially sensitive manner;
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts;
• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant legal standards and internal policies;
• Provide legal advice on contract terms and conditions to ensure the company’s interests are protected;
• Define procedures to ensure that business exposure to legal risk in commercial contracts is managed appropriately;
• Apply risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues;
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize potential legal liabilities.
• Assist the business and legal department for any related matter (cooperation agreements, NDA-s teaming agreements in the context of tender offers, relationships with the suppliers, relashionships with subcontractors etc.);
• Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the Organisation.

Descrierea postului

For that, we’d love it if you had:

• Strong academic background;
• At least 2-4 years of experience in civil /commercial law, with a focus on contract law;
• Experience in banking law is an advantage;
• Solid judgment and ability to evaluate risk in a commercially focused way;
• Strong knowledge of contract law and civil law;
• Demonstrable ability to analyze the implications of operational and acquisition contracts as business proposals;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• The ability to work effectively on multiple development projects and manage the workload based on priority;
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to details;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
• A high standard of integrity, impartiality and transparency;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
